QC Tutorial
Master QC with our oopbuy tutorial. Learn how quality control works, how to read QC photos, and how to inspect items before shipping.
Quality Control (QC) is the single most important step in the oopbuy shopping process. QC photos let you inspect your items before they are shipped to you, giving you the chance to spot flaws, request replacements, or approve the product. This tutorial covers everything from requesting QC to understanding what to look for in each photo.
What is QC in Oopbuy?
QC stands for Quality Control. When you order an item through the oopbuy spreadsheet, the seller or agent takes detailed photos of the product before shipping it. These photos show you the exact item you will receive, including logos, stitching, materials, and packaging. This allows you to approve or reject the item before it leaves the warehouse.
How to Request QC Photos
1. Select QC Option
When ordering, choose the QC photo option if available. Most trusted sellers include it by default.
2. Review Photos
Once received, carefully examine all angles. Check logos, stitching, color, and materials.
3. Approve or Reject
Approve if satisfied, or reject and request an exchange if there are issues.
